All products sold on thomthom.io are for external use or crafting purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, or medicinal use. Thom Distribution does not accept liability for misuse of our products.

4. Order Acceptance and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made using one of the secure payment options offered at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped promptly during business hours. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control. Once a package leaves our facility, Thom Distribution is not responsible for shipping delays or issues with customs or carriers.

It is your responsibility to ensure the products you order are permitted in your region. We are not liable for items returned or confiscated by customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

As an EU- and UK-based webshop, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us in unused, unopened, and original condition.

Please note:

Products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original sealed packaging are not eligible for return, due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a suitable solution such as a replacement or store credit.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Thom Distribution makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of our products for your specific projects or applications.
